My work is about making HR actually work in practice. Not just on paper. Especially in large, complex environments where aligning people, structure and business priorities is a constant challenge.
I work closely with HR teams and senior leadership on the things that actually move the needle: competency frameworks that drive clarity, performance management connected to real business outcomes, organizational structures that hold up in practice, and leadership that can carry people through change.
Lately I've been spending a lot of time on AI and HR. Not because it's a trend, but because it's a real shift that requires thoughtful transition. How do we bring AI in without creating fear? How do we use it in a way that strengthens human judgment, not replaces it?
